Description of Duties and Responsibilities
Report clear and concise data to the AR Manager, AR Team, and/or customers
Perform tasks as assigned which include activities such as research, customer AR account reconciliation, data entry, discrepancy management, etc.
Ability to adapt to change quickly while still resolving current issues
Other duties as assigned by the AR Management Team.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
Ability to work a full 29 hours per week
AR or related experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with exceptional interpersonal skills required
Must be proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, and Word. SAP experience is a plus
Excellent reconciliation and proactive critical thinking skills
Ability to proactively identify problems and propose effective solutions
Ability to work and complete projects independently, as well as within a team environment.
