Successful, Rapidly Expanding Real Estate Team is looking for a fanatical, prospecting, cold calling, door knocking machine. An absolute lead generating animal with the ability to close.
This position is designed to be a 90-Day prospecting boot camp before you obtain your Real Estate License (which we will finance) and move onto an agent position with our company.
(If you'd like to stay in the ISA position and not get licensed, your bonus structure will be altered so you are rewarded for closed listings and it will become a Full-Time position.)
We offer ongoing training, coaching, a CRM, an admin staff to manage your transactions, a full-time Marketing Director to manage campaigns and develop sales collateral, and successful buyers agents to turn your leads into deals during training. The program is ongoing and is designed to provide leads and prospecting help to agents that make it through the program.
During your bootcamp you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. This position requires A LOT of calling . You will obtain critical information about buyer / seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists.
Must be able to handle REJECTION! You will have people be rude to you and tell you NO! If you don't have thick skin this isn't for you. Your success is only limited by your drive.
Candidate must be able to work in Arlington, VA Monday to Friday and some weekends for some canvassing and door knocking
Lead Generate 10 to 20 hours per week, calling new leads
Lead Follow-Up 10 to 20 hours of per week
Nurture New Leads and Work Through Existing Leads
Ask for Referrals 2-4 hr/week - Call Past Clients and Your Sphere of Influence
Follow-Up Quickly on calls or internet inquiries.
Track Leads and Send Property search Updates
Attend Training, Role Play and Practice Scripts 2 to 4 Hours a Week
