## Job Summary
Under general supervision, perform accounting duties in the review, evaluation, maintenance and adjustment of designated funds, budgets and accounts. Provide administrative and departmental support and training in the review, evaluation and development of designated budgets and accounts. Assist with financial reporting and budgetary projections. Prepare, maintain and audit financial, statistical and budgetary data, reports, statements, and records. Produce and present budgetary reports to small and large groups.
## Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to Director of Fiscal Services for budgeting, planning, and developments
- Assist with the development, preparation and implementation of District budgets.
- Assist with coordination of division/department/site budget forms preparation, distribution, and reconciliation of budget data during entry to budget development system.
- Assist in preparing revised budget estimates for revenue, expenditures and beginning fund balances.
- Guide and inform district personnel regarding changes in categorical funding and program requirements.
- Monitor budgets and support sites and district wide programs and departments with information necessary to manage resources, including assistance with and entering approved budget and expenditure transfers.
- Provide and analyze information regarding District budget/accounting procedures, account status and related matters upon request.
- Provide training and assistance to school site and department personnel in the use of the District’s financial system applicable to their job functions and financial/budget responsibilities.
- Verification of budgets related to Categorical Expenditures
- Prepare source document information regarding budget revisions and transfers for entry into the District’s financial system.
- Assist in the maintenance of the District chart of accounts and coordinate the entry of new accounts in the financial system.
- Categorical liaison with state and federal programs.
- Assist and analyze with the preparation of projected costs for salaries and other expenditures.
- Effectively communicate and maintain cooperative relationships with those contacted during the course of work.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.13 - $35.01 per hour
