This position works across ACCESS to support the development and implementation of effective learning and development programs for all ACCESS staff; including but not limited to Professional Development, Management Development, Corporate Compliance, Quality and Clinical Education, Revenue Cycle, etc. The position ensures that appropriate coursework is available through an effective learning management system and ensures that all learning records are audit ready.
Some of The Initiatives You Will Participate In
Other departments to design, develop and maintain the LMS architecture
Managers and other training staff to convert subject matter content into LMS eLearning format.
Managers and training staff to produce audio and video components of training
Audit ready HRIS/LMS learning records including collecting, compiling, administering and reporting results of evaluation, attendance and training data
Annual Learning Calendar and training schedules
Do You Have
Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Organization Development, Learning, Instructional Design and/or Human Resources)
Minimum two years of experience with direct exposure to training (i.e. instructional design, adult learning principles and LMS)
Strong technical skills including:
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
Intermediate experience with HRIS/LMS Software required
Intermediate proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate, Captivate, iSpring, etc.) preferred
Experience with audio/video editing preferred
Experience using WebEx and SharePoint preferred
