Northern Light Home Care and Hospice is seeking that compassionate nurse practitioner who can round and provide comfort orders for patients at end of life. This is a per diem position for those at the Aroostook House of Comfort in Presque Isle, Maine. Here you can help patients reach their end-of-life goals for a peaceful and comfortable death by assessing and prescribing medications as needed. A combination of face-to-face visits along with virtual visits are to be performed for these patients at 180 days of service for the purpose of the physician recertifying them for care.
