Our platform is currently used by over 150,000 agents and advisors, providing them with automated workflows and advanced AI that allow them to more easily develop and foster personalized relationships with their existing clients and prospects at scale.

We partner with Chief Distribution and Marketing Officers at the world’s leading financial services companies (including Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase, Prudential, New York Life and Allstate) to enable them to get a real-time pulse of field conversations and to trigger more effective targeted advisor-client outreach with AI-optimized calls, text messages, email follow-ups, and social media interactions.

Hearsay is headquartered in San Francisco with offices in Seattle, New York, Chicago, Toronto, London, Budapest and Manila and has raised $50M in venture capital from Sequoia and NEA.

We are looking for a talented, personable, and focused Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. This is a key role which has major impact on the success of the company, and reports to the VP of People.

In your first 30 days, you’ll get to know Hearsay’s business, people, and teams, while learning the issues we’re solving for and becoming our subject matter expert on the Go-to-Market organization.

About the job:
Work with executive leadership to ensure that we’re setting the teams up for short and long-term success
Advise managers on organizational approach and structure
Advocate for Hearsay people that deserve promotions and recognition
Be a key player in employee relations activities, including leading investigations into employee issues when appropriate
Contribute to the continuous refinement of the onboarding experience
Design and deploy employee engagement surveys
Use employee feedback to create actionable plans to improve happiness at Hearsay
Identify training needs for both the go-to-market team and individuals
Be an agent of rational change
