The Quality Management Systems Supervisor ensures that SNC processes and program plans conform to customer, internal, and regulatory/legal requirements. Assists in the development and implementation of program quality plans. Provides support to programs to ensure the effective application of program planning, performance evaluation, and continual improvement processes. Conducts internal audits to provide information on program plan conformance, implementation, and maintenance. Provides support to programs to ensure the effective implementation of the corrective action process. Assists in monitoring and measuring customer satisfaction data. Coordinates with the business area QMS organization to ensure standardization of efforts and effective implementation of processes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
RFP, RFI, and contract review for quality requirements
Develops quality plans
Evaluates processes and program plans for conformance, effective implementation and maintenance, and opportunities for improvement
Supports root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and verification activities
Assists with program performance data collection and analysis
Assists with monitoring and evaluating external provider performance
Collects and analyzes customer satisfaction and business unit performance data
Reports to top management on the performance of the QMS and opportunities for improvement

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Punctuality to work each day and prepared to work scheduled work hours
Other duties as assigned
up to 20% travel

COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for thoughtful adherence to all SNC Policies, Procedures, and Compliance regulations (internal and external)

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in related field. Relative experience considered in lieu of degree.
Minimum 5 years related experience.
Direct aircraft maintenance experience
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 and root cause analysis methodologies
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
Ability to work independently and make appropriate decisions
Strong computer skills are required with good working knowledge of the MS Office Suite
Critical thinking skills required
An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance required
