Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing initiatives. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance market presence, and foster strong customer and community relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical sales expertise, business development acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue projections.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends that can be leveraged for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing and other communities in Grand Junction and surrounding areas.
- Utilize Eldermark CRM to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with sales goals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities as well as complete marketing comp analysis.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in Senior Living.
- Proficiency in CRM software for managing the sales processes and working leads.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly.
- A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Love and passion for seniors as well as their families.
- Willingness to be part of a team but also the ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
