SUMMARY: Coordinates activities of school personnel by performing the following duties personally or through Director(s) advisement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: includes the following; other duties may be assigned.
Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as typing, bookkeeping, flow of correspondences, filing, requisitioning of materials, answering telephones and other clerical services.
Assists Executive Secretary in his or her absence.
Greet visitors and guests who enters facility.
Responsible for reporting daily progress in planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling the operations of the school to the Director(s).
Evaluates office production, revises procedures, and/or devises new forms to improve efficiency of work flow.
Establishes uniform correspondence procedures and style practices.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: AA degree in Business Administration and/or one to two years of office experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedure and/or governmental regulation. Ability to write reports, business correspondences and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, groups, parent(s), outside agencies and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers of common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs, calculate figures and amount such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume and apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
