  • Comfortable with on-site and remote PC troubleshooting
  • Technical experience with Microsoft Windows and Office products including 365
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and suppliers
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation required
  • Cabling and installation experience preferred
  • CCNA, A+ preferred
