Role Summary
The Chairman’s Travel Executive Assistant is responsible for coordination of complex private travel for the Chairman, family members and band. Responsibilities include but are not limited to coordination, supervision and implementation of every aspect of travel arrangements including air (private and commercial), tracking flight status and arrival details, hotel accommodations, ground transportation and all related logistics for luxury vacations. This role will establish travel standard operating procedures for Chairman and CEO. They will works closely with MSG and Family EA’s to ensure seamless travel for all parties.
Specific Functions/Activities Summary
Book all aspects of travel arrangements for client group.
Work closely with band members, crew, tour manager and band manager with all travel for rehearsals and tours.
Work closely to create extremely detailed and intricate domestic and international travel itineraries.
Collaborate with family EA’s and offices to ensure travel is coordinated
Research and identify most suitable travel options for Chairman. Present information in a clear and concise manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel staff, travel agents and car companies.
Keep up with travel trends, top rated hotel options, restaurants and special event locations on a national and international level.
Qualifications

Experience booking luxury travel including private planes and luxury accommodations. Exceptionally high levels of motivation, working both independently and as part of a team.
Strong written, verbal & numeric skills.
Ability to multitask and quickly interpret complex information.
Ability to build strong relationships with the ELT, ELT Admins, and work colleagues both over the phone and face to face.
High level prioritization, calendar management, experience supporting Chairman and CEO. Candidate needs to be reliable, resourceful and very organized.
Ability to assimilate information and to pay close attention to accuracy and detail in a fast-paced environment.
Must be available 24/7 and be available based on location/time zone in which the Chairman and CEO is traveling.
Education
Candidates who have completed 60 credits of college-level coursework (representing 2 years), or have shown similar self-development through certifications, trade school coursework, etc. are preferred.
