Administrative Coordinator/Event Planner

I am looking to hire a motivated and energetic full-time administrative coordinator/event planner for my speaking, consulting and management business. I am looking for some one with prior experience with event planning and administrative work. I am looking for someone who is event oriented, logistics oriented and comfortable with a fast- paced/ gear shifting person like me.

Some responsibilities for this position will include:

1. Creating and managing email and marketing campaigns

2. Coordinating and managing Paul's professional calendar

3. Client services and directing people contacting Paul to the right people

4. Proficient with Excel, powerpoint and creating presentations

In addition, please apply only if you can meet all of these requirements.

1. Based out of Center City, Philadelphia. Can be in the city 3-4 days a week.

2. Some regional travel required (car needed)

3. Comfortable with a flexible schedule such as 8am-2pm one day and 12-8pm the next day.

4. Available for week night evening events twice a month and available for weekend events once a month.
