TinyHouseMe is looking for a customer service oriented inside consultative sales professional who wants to grow a career long-term. This is the first full-time business development leader position at TinyHouseMe, an early-stage business with a proven business model, and dozens of established accounts with leads coming in every day. The Business Development Leader should have a proven track record of revenue development experience, be willing to work and like to talk on the phone.
The Business Development Leader’s role is phone-based inside sales, as a consultant to help customers, not hard sales. The Business Development Leader's responsibilities include calling new builders and manufacturers to recruit them for our site, following up on leads from prospective buyers, and assisting them with purchases from our partner tiny house builders.
You are getting leads daily from prospects wanting a tiny house. You also call builders to get them on board into our lead generation system. They pay a monthly charge to be listed on our platform and get leads and assistance developing sales.
We are looking for a creative, high-performance individual who enjoys helping people, can work independently and is a self-starter. Qualified individuals will have good phone skills, enjoy talking on the phone, have basic computer literacy including knowledge of Google Suite and CRM systems. Most importantly, we are looking for a candidate who wants to make a difference!
Remote work, but prefer California based
Compensation, Perks & Benefits:
$100-$200 per day draw against healthy commission
Compensation targeted at $60-80k first year, $100-120k year 2
