Job summary

The Red Hat Customer Experience and Engagement (CEE) Enablement team is looking for a Project Manager Intern to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will work with a team of program and project managers focused on creating value-driven associate and customer experiences through internal partnerships, global collaboration, and innovation. You’ll focus on identifying key areas of opportunity based on CEE priorities and work to create value for our teams through project participation and organizational contribution.

Primary job responsibilities
Guide continuous improvement projects through research and engagement
Review current documented policies and procedures for out-of-date content
Create regular communications to global stakeholders on progress efforts
Carry out ongoing validation and retirement strategy for CEE priority documentation
Work with CEE partners to identify role responsibility and fill project needs
Analyze project progress to create accountability with applicable stakeholders
Required skills
Ability to work full-time hours during summer 2020 in the location listed
Project management experience
Superior clarity in both written and verbal communication
Solid attention to detail and proficiency in organizational strategies
Solid time management skills
Experience with G Suite

The following are considered a plus:
Customer service experience
Open source software experience
Understanding of the Open Decision Framework (ODF)
Familiarity with the agile methodology
Familiarity with RACI models of accountability
Experience with Jive content creation
