The Customer Service Representative role at MonoSol is the right hand to the Customer Service Manager and primary point of contact for our key accounts. This person is the liaison between the Sales Account Manager, the customer and the production facility ensuring order-to-shipment accuracy and a high level of customer satisfaction. A person who will be successful in this role should be very organized, have a bias for action and be able to work well in a fast paced environment.
Performing with a high level of accuracy when processing orders, providing documentation and arranging shipments
Logistics and shipping coordination through domestic and international freight forwarders and external warehouse locations
Inventory tracking and transacting communicating spikes and declines to production planning team
Data analysis and reporting utilizing CRM, SAP and Excel
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or closely related field highly desired
Minimum 2 years relatable customer service experience, preferably in global organization
Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce preferred), SAP and Excel, Microsoft Office
Self-starter that thrives in a fast paced environment
Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Effective verbal and written communications skills
Next level customer service skills as it relates to interfacing with top accounts
Demonstrated ability to establish productive working relationships and maintain confidentiality
