Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
Work with supply chain teams to understand transportation and warehouse management issues and resolve anomalies to ensure solution quality
Deliver high quality work and adapt to new challenges, as an individual or as part of a team
Field, manage and resolve both functional and technical issues specific to transportation, supply chain, and data
Demonstrate strong ability to handle inbound and outbound transportation challenges across multiple modes (e.g. rail, marine, trucking, etc.)
Display a strong understanding an application of linear, integer, and non-linear analytic techniques/optimization-engines
Understanding of planning, design, network optimization and transportation optimization as it pertains to supply chain processes and procedures
Show llamasoft modeling experience in areas: supply chain guru, transport guru, and data guru
Display strong knowledge of llamasoft supply chain solutions including: cost risk, cost savings, network optimization, transportation optimization
Work and consult with client techno/functional teams to design and invent solutions enhancements to optimize performance

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
4-7 years’ of technical/functional knowledge of llamasoft solutions: Supply Chain Guru, Transportation Guru, Data Guru
Experience with modeling and analyzing various transportation models specific to inbound/outbound challenges across multiple modes (e.g. rail, marine, trucking, etc.)
Collaborate with client teams to understand network modeling scope, expectations and required outputs
Create network optimization scenarios and associated models within llamasoft solutions
Create, write and execute test scenarios and processes to verify models specific to llamasoft solutions
Must be willing to live and work in the Gilbert, AZ area
Must be willing to travel up to 20%
Ability to work within project teams to deliver task assignments on or before deadlines
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Prior hands on experience implementing and supporting both technical/functional solutions within llamasoft solutions
Business process design and modeling
Minimum of 2 years big consulting firm and/or industry experience
