We have an immediate opening for Junior Front of House Manager / Shift Lead at the only gamer pub in Savannah. We need someone with experience as a server or bartender who is ready to take the next step and help us run the floor on a busy night. The key here is experience with a high volume table service environment.

As a representative for our company you will serve as an ambassador to our customers, you will be the front line for providing top notch customer service. You will provide support for our servers and bartenders, serve as a host/hostess to customers, support kitchen staff , and just generally accommodate any special needs of guests. As a part of the management team you will inspect dining room serving stations and tables for cleanliness and neatness, restock supplies, set tables, bus tables, and expedite food levels at all food stations.

We have Senior Managers who set the schedule, run inventory, manage the bar program, and so forth. This position is for people who can be on the floor, managing the nuts and bolts of our service from hour-to-hour, cutting staff as necessary and pinch-hitting as busier, jhost, expo, food runner or whatever needs to be done. You will be a key holder, opening the pub in the morning and/or closing the pub at night. So, trustworthiness and reliability are pivotal.

We are planning to open additional locations in the next 18 months, and this position offers key opportunities for advancement with more responsibilities and higher pay.

Ideal Candidate:

* Able to give and receive constructive feedback up and down the chain of command

* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including coaching employees

* 3-5 years of experience in table service (not fast-casual)

* Excellent multi-tasking and customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $22,000.00 to $25,000.00 /year

Experience:

  • restaurant serving or barftrending: 4 years (Preferred)
