Who are we?

We are a successful public accounting firm conveniently located off Highway 280 in San Jose, CA near Valley Fair and Santana Row. Our practice specializes in tax preparation and accounting services for individuals and small businesses.


  • Highly attentive to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficient with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online
  • Comfortable answering phones, warmly greeting clients and visitors
  • Ability to exhibit a professional appearance and have a positive attitude
  • Outstanding communication skills both oral and written
  • Experience working in an accounting firm or related office environment is preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Scan, process, and assemble tax returns using Lacerte and SurePrep tax software
  • Manage electronic filing process (e-File) of tax returns from start to finish
  • Maintain and update tax return tracking and control workflow software (Practice Management)
  • Client billing and accounts receivables
  • Front desk backup and other office duties
