ReliaQuest's Graphic Designer is responsible for creative output – from concept to production – for the organization, including all materials for print and digital communications to support the company's strategic direction and culture while ensuring compliance with RQ brand standards.
This role is responsible for creating all visual materials for internal and external communications including – product brochures, templates for presentations, digital marketing campaigns assets (emails, landing pages, banner ads), social media elements, trade show booths, event signage and other promotional materials as needed.
Develop and manage the ReliaQuest brand guidelines - ensuring compliance with brand standards for all creative projects. This position produces, archives and maintains a library of all brand assets for wider company use.
Turn complex subject matter into visually engaging communications for company consumption
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand adherence; including Marketing, Recruiting, Sales and RQ Leadership team
Present creative design concepts clearly and confidently in front of all levels of the organization
Supports all areas of the company to maximize effectiveness and enhance RQ's reputation with consistent, high-quality materials.
Expert-level ability in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
2-5 years of professional visual/graphic design experience
Organized self-starter, extremely attentive to detail and able to adhere to tight deadlines
Ability to problem-solve quickly and creatively
Proactive self-starter, extremely attentive to detail and able to adhere to tight deadlines
Ability to prioritize, manage, and efficiently complete multiple projects to meet shifting needs and deadlines
Must be able to provide a portfolio of multimedia design work
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
