Overview
We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team at a large luxury residential building with expansive manicured landscaping, a pool, and a tennis court
Experience Required: 5 years
Responsibilities:
General Maintenance:
- Perform general handyman tasks around the property, including minor repairs, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Assist with HVAC maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Snow plowing and ice management during winter months
Gardening & Landscaping:
- Maintain the property's landscaping, including lawn care, hedge trimming, planting, and seasonal gardening tasks.
- Ensure the grounds are always well-kept and aesthetically pleasing.
Pool Maintenance:
- Regularly clean and maintain the pool, including balancing chemicals and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
Tennis Court Maintenance:
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the tennis courts, including surface cleaning, net adjustments, and general repairs.
Exterior Window Cleaning:
- Clean and maintain the exterior windows of the building to keep them spotless and free of streaks.
Reporting & Communication:
- Maintain organization and prepare weekly reports for management on tasks completed and any ongoing issues.
- Possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, management, and vendors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
