We're currently looking for a responsible full-time Delivery Driver to distribute FedEx packages promptly to our customers. The right candidate will meet the requirements below and will represent our company in the very best light possible. Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different route
- Follow routes and time schedule
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
- Resolve any clients’ complaints about our services
- Complete logs and reports
- Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
Skills:
- Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver/Driving a company vehicle for a past position. Manual labor jobs, warehouse jobs, etc are also acceptable.
- A job history that does not reflect 'job hopping', IE: Many consecutive jobs that lasted one-three months
- Able to lift potentially heavy packages and carry them to customers door/use a dolly to do so. This is a VERY physical job!! :)
- Reliability is key! We need people who will show up and work their hours! :)
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must possess a VALID drivers license
- Must be able to pass a DOT medical exam
- Must pass a motor vehicle screening
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- NO CDL REQUIRED -
