Service Response Team Member (Temporary)
Department: Facilities Management
Monmouth University is seeking applications for a temporary Service Response Team Member in the Facilities Management department.
The candidate would be expected to: perform the transport, set-up and breakdown of furniture and materials for all University special events; move and deliver equipment, furniture, supplies, etc.; provide a wide variety of support services for University programs and operations.

Required Degree, License or Certifications:
Valid Automobile Driver's License in your state of principal residence
Required Skills or Software:
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Required Years of Experience:
Must have a combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge and skills to accomplish the normal job duties.
Must possess and apply a high degree of attention for detail and care to prevent injury to self and others. Must be able to read and write in English and understand oral and written instructions, including MSDS directions, chemical product labels, equipment manuals, work orders and be able to carry out work orders as required.
Must be able to calculate mathematically. Must be able to lift and move heavy objects regularly. Must be able to work in multi-story buildings without elevators, to climb ladders and work at heights regularly.
Must be able to operate vehicles equipped with a standard transmission. Must be willing and able to work overtime as required and to respond to emergency calls after working hours.
Must have excellent attendance and work record and perform all work in strict accordance with accepted trade practices, code requirements and all safety and good housekeeping requirements.
Must be extremely reliable and capable of working independently and without full-time supervision.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
