Background and experience required for this position include:

  • Several years of experience working for a financial institution
  • A record of excellent leadership skills
  • Financial reporting and planning / budgeting experience (internal and external)
  • Prepares and analyzes financial data for tax, audit and regulatory compliance
  • Performs profit and loss analysis
  • Understands regulatory requirements
  • Must have exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Should have experience reporting and presenting information to senior management
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • CPA certification a plus
  • Comprehensive accounting and management experience
  • Proficient user of Excel and other Microsoft Office Products
