We assist our clients in educating them on precious metals as an investment and facilitate the transaction from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, self-starter, tech savvy and outgoing individual with a strong phone voice who can be both personable with our clients and communicative within our team.
Requirements:
Candidates must project a warm, confident, and professional image over the phone & must be outgoing, personable, flexible, and extremely organized. Accuracy and attention to detail is critical.

Duties:
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Taking messages
- Data entry
- Email management
- General customer service
Position is immediately available, and we are looking to fill it as soon as possible. Shift hours are Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm Pacific Time.
