What we're looking for

Vacasa is seeking an experienced real estate Photographer. The photographer will be responsible for shooting high-quality images of homes and representative images of the towns and regions. They may be asked to photograph events or projects for other departments as needed.

What you'll do

  • Responsible for shooting and editing high quality photos for our properties and areas
  • Maintain consistent, clear, and effective communication with the photo and local team
  • Responsible for scheduling and identifying photo needs in assigned region and neighboring markets to maintain Vacasa standards
  • Other duties as assigned
Skills you'll need

  • Experience photographing architecture
  • Professional-level understanding of photographic concepts
  • Understanding of supplemental lighting
  • Reliable transportation
  • Understanding of post-processing
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
  • Excellent problem solver
  • Ability to work quickly while retaining quality
  • Detail oriented - analytical, thorough, and accurate when accomplishing a task
  • Ability to work individually while being part of a team
  • Ability to motivate yourself
Bonus skills

  • Experience with video or HDR photography
  • Experience with Canon EOS DSLR's
  • Familiarity with local events and attractions
  • Experience with event and portrait photography
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Possession of Canon or Canon compatible equipment is a plus but not required.
