About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a talented individual to join our dynamic team and elevate our Salesforce capabilities to new heights!
In this role, you will be responsible for in-depth knowledge and understanding of the inherent features and functions of the Salesforce Manufacturing Service Cloud and to advise stakeholders on organization-appropriate methods to implement and utilize these tools for the benefit of our employees, customers, and broader organization objectives.
Additionally, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, building, and implementing Salesforce objects, automations, and data management utilizing low-code and no-code methods in the Salesforce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- In-depth platform knowledge of Salesforce Manufacturing Service Cloud, both current and on-going
- Workflow process conceptualization, construction, and implantation
- Working with key stakeholders to understand business needs and advise on system capabilities and best practices
- User management (additions, removals, profile, and role management)
- Maintenance and administration of data streams
- Object, automation, and data architecture creation
- Report and Dashboard creation
- User training
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology field (Preferred)
- Salesforce Administrator Credential (preferred)
- 2 years experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator, or equivalent CRM (preferred)
- Exceptional Oral and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, flows, approval processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- Strong Data Management and Analytic abilities
- Experience with Sales & Service aspects of CPG business models a benefit

In-office, preferred in Port St. Lucie, Florida, USA.
