Job Overview

Behavior Coaches are behavioral health technicians that work under the direction of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA), on a clinical team helping train families throughout the valley to implement and sustain effective interventions in the context of their day to day lives.

The position of Behavior Coach is a Full Time Position (40 hours per week) that includes a competitive benefits package, compensation for travel, and scheduled pay increases every six months. The starting pay rate for this role is $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending upon experience and education.
Coaches are important members of a clinical team and as such their duties include working in the field directly with families as well as office based collaboration on treatment planning and data analysis. Applicants should have experience working with autism, aggressive behaviors, challenging home environments and be able to provide their own transportation to client’s homes and the office. Experience working in the behavioral health system is preferred. Candidates must be able to remain professional in a variety of challenging environments.
