Applicant must have good office/secretarial skills, be a self-starter, highly organized, and detail oriented. Knowledge of all Office programs: Excel, Word, Outlook, as well as Access and Quickbooks.

Property management experience helpful, i.e. leases, tenant screening, etc. This job can develop into longer hours depending on the interest and skills of the applicant.

Sixteen to 18 hours/week, more possible. College degree is desirable, but relevant work experience is required. Must have good references.
