Job Description

Develops and conducts activities related to the recruitment of external applicants. Develops and maintains contacts with various employment sources to meet the organizations staffing requirements for professional level employees. Participates in the organizations staff planning activities and interviews managers to determine hiring needs. Experience: Normally requires a Bachelor's degree plus four to eight years related experience.


  • Prior experience recruiting for professional positions is required, 5 years and above
  • Minimum five year experience in Human Resources
