GameChange Solar (GCS), one of the largest US suppliers of solar racking and tracker systems is seeking a rockstar Inside Sales Administrator. We are looking for a creative, intelligent, and driven professional who is passionate and knowledgeable about renewable energy and wants to make a positive impact on the planet. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Customer Service

  • Prompt response to customers on their inquiries and immediately resolve their problems.
  • Customer satisfaction follow-up and check in on completed and/or projects under construction.
  • Act as liaison between the client and communicate their needs across various GCS departments.


  • Handle all administrative duties for the organization and scheduling of client meetings and conferences.
  • Compile daily lists of leads and delegate individual leads to sales team associates.
  • Perform data entry duties with regards to sales figures, metrics and other key.


  • Create and process sales purchase orders in a timely fashion.
  • Assist in preparation and submission of sales quotes.
  • Updates all contact information for clients.
  • Supports travel and accommodations for any sales person that is meeting clients outside of the office.
  • Performs any necessary work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents.
  • Provide administrative assistance to executives and management team members as required.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Experience in Sales Support Role preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Solar energy experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel
  • Solar energy experience is a plus.

Skills required:

  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills: Mastery of written and spoken English required.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to produce high quality results on tight deadlines

Salary DOE
Business Office professional attire required.
Working evenings/weekends for business events and travel will be required.
Must have a clean and valid driver’s license
