COMMERCIAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Minnetonka/Eden Prairie) We are looking for a full-time commercial lines CSR and/or administrative assistant with insurance experience that can work at a fast pace working enviroment. The applicant must be willing to work with high proficiancy and be a team player. Strong communication skills are a must. Job position will be determined based upon applicants experience.

DUTIES:

  • Be able to support Producers with administrative support including phone calls from clients, letters, and marketing.
  • Provide superior service and communications to all clients including verbal, letter writing, e-mail and general correspondence.
  • Service your own desk with assigned accounts
  • Work with clients on their renewals, quote new business, endorsements, process policies, and any changes that the client may need.
  • QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Required High School Diploma / Property & Casualty license and/or experience working within the Insurance industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong Typing Skills
  • Ability to function in fast paced environment and Detailed.
  • Positive Attitude
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Excellent phone and communication skills.
  • Would prefer experience with MS Word / Excel / Outlook
  • AMS360 Experience a plus but will train
  • Confidence and good judgment to make sound decisions based on business needs as well as strong organization and problem solving skills.Job Type: Full-time
