Works to respond to human resource (HR) issues and inquiries on matters such as employment law and compliance, providing conflict resolution services and communicating HR programs and policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate the Asset Services Transition/Reverse Transition of Employees related to wins/losses of business contracts.
Communicate and ensure adherence of timelines, objectives and assignments with various constituents related to transitioning of employees in compliance with terms of business contracts between CBRE and clients
Maintain accurate records related to the transitions of employees to/from CBRE.
Coordinate AS Leave of Absence Administration/Tracking
Submit HRAN’s to start and end LOA’s and communicate to managers and HRM’s.
Tracking of all LOA’s on one combined spreadsheet for AS
Check-ins with Employees and their managers on approved through dates, leave extensions, etc.
Audit EE compliance regarding CIGNA’s requirements
Track process of transition to LTD and inform HRM
Track and notify HRM’s when the leave is approaching 9 months – establish touchpoints with EEs on LOA prior to 9 months and coordinate with HRM’s.
Research, submit and track HRSC Escalations due to issues/concerns that are brought up for attention by the HR Vice President, HR Director or HR Business Partners.
Prepare and submit adhoc HRAN’s at the request of HR Vice President, HR Director or HR Business Partners or due to resolutions of HRSC escalations.
Serve as “myLearning” Coordinator to assist with tracking/enrolling of participants for EJS, MPT, Inclusive Leadership Training.
Coordinate call schedules and running of the Webex for AS Top Talent Strategic Recruiting monthly calls and update the spreadsheet and results tracker.
Prepare reports and conduct basic analysis for review by HR management and/or other constituents as directed.
Provide administrative, research and other assistance to the HR Vice President and HR Director of Asset Services line of business as well as relief or overflow work for other HR business partners as may be required.
May perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience.
Certificates and/or License:
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation preferred.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various types of business documents including complex employment contracts and other legal documents.
Ability to effectively respond to inquiries or from clients, co-workers, supervisor and/or management.
Ability to perform basic mathematical functions including percentages, discounts and commissions.
Able to apply broad application of standards, practices and theories in solving problems.
Other Skills and/or Abilities:
Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills required.
Knowledge of PeopleSoft preferable.
Scope of Responsibility:
Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
