As part of the Value Base Marketing team within Verizon Consumer Group, the Decisioning Optimization Team has two primary functions- deliver the Pega Decision Logic on the Home (Fios) Pega project, and unlock new Pega capabilities across Home and Mobile platforms. We call this philosophy Decisioning Lifecycle Management- a union between BPM and Decisioning to propel our Marketing platform forward at scale.
The Pega Decision Architect (DA) supports our growing Decisioning practice across Home (Fios) Logic Execution and Pega Platform Evolution. You will partner closely with Marketing Strategy, Business Intelligence, GTS, and external vendors to understand the Business requirements and translate them into world-class Pega Decision Logic.
Working closely with the Senior Decision Architect to execute on the Decision Logic for the Home (Fios) program.
Building out plans to innovate and scale the Pega platform.
Executing on the design for the core decisioning logic for real time marketing decisioning platform based on business requirements.
Configuring rules, flows, propositions, and Decision Logic. Communicate technical concepts, problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Three or more years in an object-oriented programming language.
Two or more years in Pega Decisioning or BPM experience.
Experience with technical troubleshooting and problem solving.
Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) certification.
Even better if you have:
Pega PRPC version 7 or higher, BPM, or UI experience.
Certifications: CPDC, CSSA, CSA, or CPMC.
Experience in a Telecom, Cable, or Banking/Finance.
Interpersonal, business communication and writing skills.
Knowledge of integration with an enterprise multi-tier application.
