The Financial Rotational Program (FRP) provides new finance and accounting graduates with a range of four rotations in corporate accounting and financial planning and analysis. Over the course of the two-year rotational program, accounting and finance professionals will develop their careers through four six-month rotations designed to build the associates business and finance competencies. In addition, the program provides structured training and guided mentoring by appointed supervisors. The associate will obtain experience in a matrixed environment over all operations of the business with a global emphasis.

The Accounting and Finance rotations will be as follows:
Responsibilities and Duties:
Accounting Finance

Corporate Treasury Business/Commercial Unit Finance

Corporate Tax Corporate Finance Planning and Analysis

Corporate Accounting Manufacturing Finance

Corporate Audit

Accounting Track:
Corporate Treasury – executing domestic payments, maintaining bank accounts, assist in compliance and documentation requirements, bank fee analysis, and create reports leveraging treasury management systems.

Corporate Tax – assist with the calculation and preparation of US State and Federal tax returns, support the preparation of accounting for income taxes, and support the pricing of intercompany transactions.

Corporate Accounting – prepare account reconciliations, perform balance sheet and P&L analysis, prepare monthly journal entries, monitor foreign subsidiary trial balance submission, and assist in yearend consolidated close and financial statement preparation.

Corporate Audit – execution of the approved Audit Plan (financial, operational and compliance procedures), perform audits of various business units to evaluate internal controls and financial reporting requirements, identify and recommend process improvements, and support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant business degree
Desire to complete CPA is ideal

Minimum Requirements:
Strong academic performance – minimum GPA 3.0 (4.0 scale)
Internship/co-op experience
Actively pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field of study OR a recent graduate (within the last 12 months)

Desired Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior internship experience recommended in related field
Solid technical and financial knowledge.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and individually.
Detail oriented.
Strong analytical skills with familiarity with accounting, financial analysis and reporting.
Technical and financial knowledge including, internal control requirements and accounting principles as well as business acumen.
