WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Tech Support Agent you get to help our customers with their concerns. You will do a variety of things including work with customers to resolve concerns, provide specialized technical support, work with installation technicians and customer care to diagnose and resolve technical issues and have the opportunity to be a dynamic part of a problem solving team.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE AS A TECH SUPPORT AGENT:
Fluent in English, both verbal and written bilingual Spanish-speaking is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication

Ability to handle difficult situations and escalated customer calls

Demonstrated ability to work independently

Comfortable using a computer and learning our software platforms

Ability to type 40 WPM

Strong work ethic

Positive attitude

Excellent attendance

Ability to multi-task

Problem Solving skills

Technically minded with ability to troubleshoot

WHAT WILL HELP YOU EXCEL AS A TECH SUPPORT AGENT NOT REQUIRED:

Basic understanding of NorthStar or connected home industry

Prior telephone tech support experience

Ability to relate with customers

Obsessed with giving our customers the BEST service

Desire to join a team and continue making NorthStar an awesome place to work

CUSTOMER CARE AGENT COMPENSATION:
$12/hour+ more if experienced
Tier level testing available to increase hourly wage
$12.25/hour+ Spanish speaking more if experienced
Commission opportunities on top of base wage
Full-time shifts available
