Business Operations Senior Analyst

Customer Success organizations that deliver cutting edge results do not run themselves. Budget Operations within Strategy and Planning ensures that our business runs smoothly so that we can continue to delight our customers. Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, set and manage budgets, track project activities and operational KPIs, and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with multiple teams across ISG and CSG
Manage and manipulate KPI data on a regular and ad hoc basis
Manage projects from start to finish relating to Customer Success - for example, budget operations, financial planning, process reviews and improvements
Present to Customer Success leadership teams and executives on ongoing / ad hoc projects and requests
Maintain awareness of trends, business conditions and internal process and practices impacting project/program(s) to provide over-arching results, recommendations, and documentation.
Typically requires 2+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience Proactive work ethic
Emotional intelligence and presentation skills
Proactive, out of the box thinker
Strong experience in Excel and Powerpoint (Power BI knowledge is a plus)
