  • Be able to provide administrative support to HR and payroll department
  • Adjust and process forms for payroll
  • Maintain all employment records, coordinate and assist in company functions, perform other duties as required and assigned
  • Assist on annual benefit enrollment, and any special projects
  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English & Spanish
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, team-oriented and deadline driven environment
  • Must be able to organize and prioritize work with flexibility to meet deadlines
