Overview of Job Function:
The Marketing Operations Intern will assist with tasks in Global Channels and Alliances and Marketing Operations.
The intern will support the Global Channels and Alliances Marketing function working with multinational companies. The intern will help develop and support campaigns, support events, help with relevant content, and help with monitoring and posting on blogs and social networks for message amplification.
The intern will support the Marketing Operations function, working with various internal stakeholders. The intern will help with marketing systems, integration projects, PATHfinder redesign on Verint Connect, and lead life cycle processes.
Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
Work with campaign and content teams to create, launch and monitor relevant marketing campaigns
Provide support to our marketing team at live and online partner events like webinars, enablement events, conferences and workshops
Pre-event social amplification completed, post event lead follow-up and relevant emails are created and complete as part of the campaign
Partner and competitive research
Creation & preparation of PowerPoint presentations
Assist with the PATHfinder rebuild on Verint Connect
Assist with the Americas lead lifecycle improvement project
Assist with the ForeSee marketing integration project
Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned
Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business is preferred
Excellent academic performance
Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, and Social Security verification
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Marketing with some exposure to a marketing discipline or equivalent work experience
Possess excellent written and verbal communication with excellent team working skills. Must be well organized and able to escalate issues when encountered
Possess basic skills with the Microsoft Office suite
Possess creativity, flexibility, variety, and growth potential
Should be open-minded, a fast learner, enthusiastic, and adaptable
Persistent and dependable, especially with attendance and meeting deadlines; able to manage multiple competing priorities
