**Responsibilities:**
- Utilize HAAS CNC machines to fabricate precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Set up and operate CNC equipment including mills, and grinders to produce components with high accuracy.
- Perform quality checks using tools such as bore gauges to ensure parts meet required tolerances.
- Program CNC machines using HAAS Controls for efficient production processes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize machining processes and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Adhere to lean manufacturing principles to maximize efficiency and minimize waste in production.
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting CAD drawings and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Experience with forklift operation and handling of power tools in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of programming skills for CNC machines.
- Familiarity with HAAS programming is a plus.
