As a member of the Adobe Document Cloud Inbound Marketing Team you will be responsible for the proper qualification and routing of all inbound leads and inquiries for Adobe's Document Cloud for Enterprise solution. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive can do attitude, a passion for learning new things, and a love of solving problems.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communications skills, are a must for success in this role. This would be an ideal position for someone who is looking get into a B2B marketing, inside sales, or customer service role in the future.
This position would be located at Adobe's headquarters in Downtown San Jose
Objective -- This role is focused on qualifying inbound leads and properly converting them into Marketing Qualified Leads.
First Priority -- Meet a goal of targeted MQL's for Adobe Sign Services Solution
Second Priority -- Proactively and promptly process all inbound leads to with the appropriate disposition.
Qualification Criteria -- Qualify prospects based on established product criteria of Fit, Budget, Authority, Need and Time, and gather critical sales intelligence.
Metrics for Success -- Must be able to make 70 calls per/day, with additional touch points by email, and deliver consistently against quota. We value a willing attitude and team-oriented mentality.
Position Adobe Sign Services -- Effectively articulate the Adobe Sign Services value proposition by phone and email.
Track Activities -- Continuously log activities and intelligence into Salesforce.com.
Contribute to Process Improvement -- Proactively provide focused feedback on every aspect of the business, including sales tools, prospect intelligence, and results from marketing campaigns. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to continuously improve demand generation processes and best practices.
Prefer 1-2 years demonstrated, consistent success in a lead generation, inside sales, or customer service role
Familiarity or experience in Salesforce.com and Email Marketing is a plus, but not required
High-caliber cold calling skills is desired. You must be engaging and compelling over the phone!
Experience selling enterprise products/services, especially SaaS, or other technology is a plus
Proven track record of achieving corporate quotas and personal goals.
Ability to handle objections and educate prospects in a consultative manner.
Ability to patiently and persistently build prospect relationships to cultivate latent demand.
Ability to understand and deliver the value proposition of complex solutions.
Ability to work effectively in an agile environment and a willingness to efficiently respond to change and growth
