YOUR FUTURE CAREER DUTIES:
Introduces customer to the Spitzer value price sales process and value statements
Facilitates interview, at a comfortable pace for the customer, to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives
Matches customer needs with model and equipment
Presents vehicles to customers that meet their needs and explore their interests
Offers and accompanies customer(s) on test drive
Offers customer involvement in trade-in evaluation, presents financial proposition, satisfies customer concerns and asks for the order
Conducts Spitzer delivery process, and follows up in prescribed manner with customers. Follows up with customers after delivery in prescribed Spitzer manner to develop customer loyalty
Coordinates with service department and others to ensure that customer requests are met
Performs other related duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

An outgoing and friendly personality, strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with all types of people
Professional, ethical, respectful
Self-starter and self-motivated
Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to follow-through
Proficient computer skills including email
High School degree
Valid driver's license with an clean driving record required

College degree

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
