Overview

You must be able to lead a team of +100 file clerks, file leads, supervisors and file request input staff who are responsible for the filing, safe-keeping, and processing the various stages of mortgage loans. Most work requires specific and defined time lines in order to meet our client’s needs.

Responsibilities:
Drive teams to reach productivity and quality goals
Constantly analyze current process for ways to increase productivity and quality while cutting costs
Manage daily production activities of the team including appropriate resource allocation, setting and reviewing performance goals, monitoring functional and shift level metrics and ensuring all client SLA’s are met
Serve as the primary first point of escalation for internal and external staff, internal and external clients
Responsible for assisting in the management of staff that fluctuates based on seasonal volumes and temporary staff hiring
Participate on client calls as needed
Ensure overall operation efficiency by maintaining standards for conduct, quality, performance and productivity
Regularly monitor various MI reports and eliminate negative client-impacting problems through coaching and training
Ensure communication with peers across teams is frequent, maintained and consistent
Provide timely and accurate resolution to all issues
Within a strictly regulated environment, adhere to all departmental policies, client requirements and compliance guidelines. Identify control deficiencies and implement appropriate procedure to mitigate any risk

Required Qualifications:
A demonstrated history of strong interpersonal skills and positive peer engagement experience in a diverse environment
Supervisory experience required
BS/BA or equivalent work experience
Must have strong attention to detail and solid time management and organization skills
Demonstrated ability to appropriately respond under pressure and effectively multi-task in a fast paced environment
Schedule flexibility as management team can be needed between 5 am and 8 pm
Intermediate Microsoft office required
Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills across diverse audience and levels
Ability to provide leadership in a fast-paced, changing environment
Ability to quickly grasp operational processes and understand training
Strong influence management skills
Able to work some holidays and weekends as needed
