Active New York City real estate development and property management company is seeking a candidate to join the team. Individual will have the opportunity to work in an environment that will be exposed to all levels of real estate development and property management.
Duties may include:
- Update website listings
- Creating advertisements for apartments
- Assist in creating and managing marketing initiatives to include design and production of web listing and email communication content
- Follow up and ensure completion of any paperwork or requests, answering all questions and inquires regarding lease applications
- Learn/assist with online reservation system
- Some general office work and customer service work
- Communicate effectively with tenants and management via phone, email and in-person meetings
- Assist in special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- College graduate a plus
- Strong organizational skills necessary
- Previous marketing experience a plus, but not necessary
- Office experience a plus, but not necessary
- Ability to multi-task and stay focused, efficient and effective in managing multiple priorities
- Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels while maintaining a professional demeanor
- No licenses needed
Compensation: $900/week with room for growth within the company
