The Content Developer is responsible for developing new and maintaining existing curriculum in various disciplines for grades K–12. This includes writing and reviewing new curriculum; reviewing existing curriculum; modifying, extending, and revising existing lessons; aligning curriculum to state standards; and creating, selecting, and/or reviewing formative and summative assessments. It also includes responding to customer concerns, such as reviewing possible errors in content.

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Education or related field
Minimum of three (3) years successful secondary teaching experience
Minimum of two (2) years of curriculum development experience
Must enjoy a challenging work environment that requires significant flexibility, self-direction, and creativity
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Technologically proficient (especially with Microsoft Office programs)
Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail skills
Ability to effectively meet deadlines
Must be able to work effectively as part of a team and independently
