Boly Inc. is a fast growing, private company in Santa Clara, CA who is a designer and manufacturer focused on the imaging and renewable energy industries. We currently expand our business by selling our products through e-commerce, focusing on Amazon.com, Ebay, Walmart and various e-stores and more. We are looking for a right candidate who can join our team to grow our business

Job Responsibilities:

  • Overall management to grow revenue and profit on wholesale vendor eCommerce accounts for Amazon, Ebay,Walmart.com and other e-stores
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining listings
  • Data management & analysis with sales and inventory to optimize strategies
  • Communicate with category managers & vendor managers to build relationships to obtain backend information to boost account growth
  • Manage and execute in-channel promotions, own data creation & analysis
  • Have ownership of the catalog management to make sure SKU exposure is maximized
  • Understanding the ecosystem of the markets regarding competitors, category managers, costing, logistics, data, communication, etc.
  • Provide prompt solution for any troubleshooting with the account
  • Have a great understanding of social media. Regularly takes photos, posts on Instagram, have a Twitter & Facebook account, can name 3 hashtags currently trending
  • Experience managing social channels such as Facebook fan pages, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Experience with photography and design layout is a plus
  • Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing skills is a plus
  • Can write sharp and witty content in less than 140 characters
  • Can write tech articles with 700 + words
  • Familiar with display marketing
  • Ability to work autonomously and use critical thinking
  • Proven track record with high standards of professionalism
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, organized
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet multiple objectives in an startup environment with little supervision
  • Enjoys writing and can create concise, professional content quickly
  • Web/HTML design capability a plus

Requirements:

  • Amazon, Ebay and Walmart account management experience 1 - 3 years
  • Self-supervised, self-motivated, proactive, responsible. Able to work and collaborate with multiple departments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Familiarity with wholesale logistics & inventory. Must have basic knowledge with dropship & bulk shipping
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills
  • Must love data
  • Basic MS office knowledge
  • Basic Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
