Eurolux Corp is a Miami based distributor of luxury and lifestyle perfumes. We are exclusive distributors and global licensees of selective perfume brands such as Agatha Parfums, Morgan de Toi Paris, US Army Fragrances, Marilyn Monroe Fragrances, Parfums Regine's Paris. We are continually adding new brands to our portfolio.
We are looking for Area Sales Managers for the following territories:
- North America Retail
- LATAM / South America
- Travel Retail
- Responsible to meet revenue targets in assigned territories.
- Generate an active sales plan, by traveling to your assigned territories at least 70% in year 1.
- Establish, maintain and expand customer base.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Recruiting and training sales reps
- Compiling and analysing sales figures
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Travelling for trade shows
- There are Marketing responsibilities as well, such as managing sales collateral, catalogs, email blasts, tracking opportunities and leads.
- 3-5 years experience in the luxury or consumer goods industry, latin american local markets or travel retail (Perfumes, Cosmetics, Fragrances, Watches, Jewellery, Fashion, Apparel, Consumer Electronics etc)
- Very organised with perfect presentation and communication skills.
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Willing to travel internationally and work extended hours
- Must come from a large company such as L'oreal, Estee Lauder, Shisiedo or similar.
- Marketing or Business related degree, plus 5+ years progressive experience in a large organisation.
