The IT User Support Analyst will be responsible for:
Providing onsite and remote end user technical troubleshooting support
Responding to help desk tickets, phone calls and walk-ins
Configuring and supporting IT devices including PC and Mac desktops, laptops, tablets, phones and peripherals
Installing end user software, updates, and patches
Setting up and supporting IT equipment in conferences rooms and offsite events
Performing routine user account and network configurations
Maintaining IT inventory, equipment assignments, computer imaging and loaner equipment
Setting up audio visual equipment and conferencing for meetings
Maintaining copier and printer supplies and coordinating vendor repairs
Updating IT documentation and reports
Other duties as assigned
Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field with 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred. High school diploma or GED accepted depending on level of IT experience. Knowledge of Windows 7/10, MacOS, IOS and peripherals required. Knowledge of TCP-IP/Networking preferred. Must have the ability to work independently and possess strong communication skills.
This part-time position will assist the Help Center team with providing technical IT support to North American employees up to 20hrs/week
