IT Enterprise Associate Desktop Systems Administrator

Responsible for imaging and configuration, per defined standard operating procedure, of systems hardware and software related infrastructure. Tasks will be focused on imaging and configuration of Windows desktop systems and all associated peripherals to include printers, scanners, e-signature pads, etc Exhibits good oral and written communication skills necessary to communicate (technically and non-technically) with other team members, other technology services staff, and vendors. With some guidance ensure successful and cooperative completion of tasks and to resolve basic problems in a timely manner. Demonstrates ability to basic resolve problems effectively and efficiently so that tasks can be completed in a timely manner. Knowledge of desktop computing and supporting infrastructure.


Experience: 1 year minimum experience in supporting a desktop environment with both basic administration and problem resolution of Microsoft Windows 7/Windows 10 and above issues. An understanding of desktop antivirus and disk encryption software as well as knowledge of end user interactions with Active Directory concepts and integrations in a Windows environment. Demonstrated knowledge of Group Policy Objects and Microsoft Office Software. Demonstrated experience with support of associated peripherals.

Education: Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.

and credibility. Willing and competent in performing multiple tasks concurrently and responding to emergency situations effectively.
