We are seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in wound care management and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.
*Duties*
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating wound care for patients
- Collaborating with healthcare providers to develop comprehensive wound treatment plans
- Monitoring and documenting wound healing progress
- Educating patients and their families on wound care techniques and prevention strategies
- Utilizing advanced wound care products and treatments
- Ensuring compliance with established protocols and standards
*Experience*
- Minumum 2 years experience in wound care nursing required
- Knowledge of physiology and wound healing processes
- Experience working in a hospital, home care or pratice setting
