What You’ll Do
As BlueCart’s Marketing Leader, you will devise big picture strategy while rolling your sleeves up to work alongside your team on executing tactical plans. This position is ideal for a highly-analytical and creative “full-stack” marketer who loves testing, learning, and scaling new ideas.
You will take ownership of all aspects of BlueCart marketing including:
Demand Generation - head up BlueCart's marketing mission through driving consistent growth in Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
Marketing Analytics – define key marketing and business metrics and oversee ongoing reporting and analysis. Monitor lead velocity of MQLs against budget and projections
Product Marketing - full-cycle marketing support for product feature releases including conducting market research, developing external messaging, and planning promotions
Online Marketing - oversee SEO and SEM, devise social media strategy, drive traffic to BlueCart’s online assets and continuously look to improve conversions
Direct Marketing - develop outreach campaigns to specific buyer personas via a variety of media
Sales Enablement - Provide tools that improve sales effectiveness, including written and video testimonials, case studies, use cases, scripts, demonstrations and presentations
Events Marketing - get us face to face with our customers at industry trade shows or by hosting our own events
What You’ll Bring With You
Demonstrated success growing online presence, traffic and leads (MQL, PQL, SQL) with extensive knowledge of marketing channels for emerging tech and data serving SMB businesses
A collaborative spirit and excellent interpersonal skills with ability to often simultaneously direct, train, lead and audit individual contributors
Previous experience leading a team and mentoring individual team members.
Your experience is as an existing Manager or Director of Demand Generation who is still hands-on in every aspect of marketing. If you are not hands-on and current, you will not fit
Ideally you have created demand within the following spaces; data, SaaS, e-commerce, or online marketplaces
Familiarity with Pardot, Salesforce, SalesLoft and other marketing automation tools
Expert writing and communication skills - you are comfortable writing copy in different voices, delivering presentations, and articulating your ideas to both internal and external parties
Previous experience or knowledge of the food, restaurant, wholesale, or hospitality industries is a plus
